All earrings are for pierced ears unless otherwise indicated. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that our descriptions are accurate, however all sizes given are approximate. We sometimes have to change product specification without prior notice.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details such as your name and address, which we need to be able to fulfil the order. All jewellery is supplied in a Paula Bolton presentation box.We accept credit card payment. Our prices are in UK £ sterling: if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. As a guide, based on currency conversion rates at October 2009, £1 is approximately equal to $1.50 or €1.10.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over this website.We suggest you do NOT use ordinary email.
Shipping And Handling
We make a shipping and handling charge of £4.75 for UK deliveries of any size,£6.50 for the rest of the world.VAT where relevant is added.
Delivery Schedule
We ship your order right away if we have the items in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 28 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Please note that if you are ordering from outside the European Union, you may have to pay import duty in your own country. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if/when the UK VAT rate changes from 20%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with any purchase from our catalogue, simply return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, for replacement, exchange or refund. Please indicate to us why you are returning the item, and let us know whether you require the item to be replaced, exchanged for another item or whether you would prefer a refund.Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
